We recently launched the new and improved Washington University Physical Therapy Program WordPress website and are excited to say we're now kicking off a year-long digital measurement effort.
Why are we so excited? There are a few reasons. For one thing, we're working with the best PT program in the country. On top of that, we always like kicking off new projects with clients we've already worked with – it usually means we've been successful in helping them reach their goals.
Finally, we're thrilled to be flexing our digital measurement muscles! We're huge advocates of a data-driven approach to custom web development and design. Using the right set of tools, it's amazing how many valuable insights our digital measurement team is able to gather and analyze.
Those insights become actions. What we learn about the Program in Physical Therapy's website will help us understand its users, where it's falling short and how we can continue improving it. After all, the launch of a new website is really just the beginning.
So far, we've built a high level measurement plan outlining the program's business goals and our strategies for measuring how well the site is performing. The next steps will be to establish a detailed outline of exactly what we'll be measuring, and how we'll customize our implementation. Then we'll get to the hard part – analyzing the data and using the insights to further optimize the site.
