STL gets the skinny on the health food industry with Evale
With bikini season in full swing, the Integriteam has wrapped up their weight loss challenge and we are happy to say we’ve all been eating less and sticking to our diet plan… Yeah, right! If only we had healthier lunch options available in the Delmar Loop. Evale Food Group is making strides in the health industry and working to ensure there are healthier options available for all.
Evale, a holdings company that provides consulting services, financial support and operational excellence to health food companies sprouted recently and grew rapidly. They came to Integrity seeking a marketing site to provide information to potential partners and small businesses to invest in.
Evale’s approach is to identify small companies in the health food industry, assess their business operations and financials and find areas for improvement. The Evale team prides themselves in a hands-on approach with high attention to detail and superior customer service that large-scale holding companies fail in.
Evale begins with a historical trail balance analysis where they evaluate financial statements, costs of goods sold and metrics reviews as well as other “back office” operations to provide margin improvement and cost reductions. Evale helps to improve cash flows and get small businesses on the right track for future growth.
Evale is so confident in their process, they even guarantee a significant improvement in margin savings. A better guarantee might be that their proof is in the pudding… Gluten free vegan all natural fat free organic pudding.
