An initiative launched by the Bayer Fund, America’s Farmers is a non-profit organization that has awarded more than $57 million with the goal of strengthening farming communities across America. Integrity has partnered with America’s Farmers to provide web support for several years. 


When a need arose to better track grant submissions with unique IDs sent to users via direct mail, America’s Farmers turned to Integrity to help with the Salesforce integration updates.


Pain points

Prior to our efforts, the America’s Farmers website had three separate user-facing programs that required Salesforce integrations. When one of the three major programs was phased out, the user experience needed to be refreshed to guide students, teachers and farmers to the appropriate content all while maintaining the complex Salesforce integration.

Integrity’s web developers worked as a middle team with America’s Farmers offshore Salesforce technicians to troubleshoot and support the Salesforce updates while also creating a more enjoyable and functional user experience. Because America’s Farmers nonprofit programs cycle through several phase changes throughout the year, we ensured that this Salesforce integration was both agile and user-friendly.
