BJC Healthcare needed a partner that was both innovative for new technology development but could also support the existing DNN environment. They also required a local partner that could provide a dedicated team available to work onsite as needed and meet in person on an ad-hoc basis.

In a two-year period, Integrity launched 30 large-scale marketing technology projects and resolved 450 critical incidents and 413 support tickets. The infrastructure was also upgraded to TLS1.2 compliance. In addition, we have built a repository of knowledge-based articles that document processes, workflow and technical dependencies. We are now evolving the overall patient experience through new platforms, custom functionality and UX design-centric systems.
